Beautiful lakefront home, on private road, with walking distance to cozy yet trendy historical town of Excelsior, on Lake Minnetonka, Big open floor plan with amazing lakefront views. A+ St. Albans Bay.
Lots of lake fun, buzzing lakefront restaurants, or just sit and watch the sunset. Swim or fish from the dock.
Walking and bike trails, boat and jet ski rentals close by Marinas (no overnight docking available) . 5 Minute walk to Maynard's restaurant and historic downtown.
For Fall and Winter guests: tons of ice fishing in Lake Minnetonka, snowmobile, snow shoe, or go ski at Buck hill, Afton, and many other places in Minneapolis MN.
Boat(s) parked at the dock are private and not for guest use, There is NO availability to dock a boat overnight at any time. Dock will be partly Removed during winter
Boat and jet ski rentals are available at several Marinas on the lake (for daily rentals).
Skateboard Ramp etc. is not for guest use unless separate liability as been signed and agreed upon with the owner.
The covered boat space and other boat docking is private and the owner(s) of the boat(s) may access the property and dock respectfully to get access to their boat(s).
If The summer is hot weather maintenance will stop by(I will notify ) and water the lawn and plants if its really dry for a few days. Maintenance (or our kind neighbor) will access the property on Sundays to put out the Garbage cans and then again to take them in on Monday's to the side of the garage. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation in this matter .
It is VERY important to Please have everyone in your party read and understand the house rules, policy and amount of people allowed in the home etc. as well as the rental agreement.
My home is on a very quiet, private, upscale road and again I ask that everyone understand the homes rules and policy. It just makes the the stay easier and better for everyone.
Checkout: strip the beds that has been used , used towels on the floor, clean the bathrooms, kitchen, all countertops(provided counter cleaner) and take out the garbage, vacuum and mop the floors with the provided floor cleaner.
Put Dishes in the dishwasher or if cleaned back in the cabinets. Thank You!
If you are using color pens please make sure the countertops are cleaned off properly, and please No confetti!
