Private & spacious 6 bedroom 3 bath home sleeps 12 people. Luxury primary bedroom w/ large luxury bathroom & private full length covered deck. Lakefront access to the private dock and lake. Approximately 500 feet and 50 stars to the lake from back of house. 2 wave runner ports and boat dock slip available for guests to use during stay. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each of the 3 floors. 3 full length decks, one is screened in. Gas griddle and gas grill available for use. TV's come with Dish/ESPN package to watch any game you desire. Located on a secluded quiet street. Fast Starlink wifi available. Security cameras in front and back of exterior.
10 minutes to the outpost restaurant 20-30 mins to many other restaurants and stores.

Top floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 master bath and private deck
Bottom floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single beds and 1 bathroom, large den with 2 couches and screened in deck with access to wood staircase down to dock and lakefront access.

Summary: It is an excellent place to stay and I'd highly recommend it. A lot of places say they'll sleep 10 but that requires doubling up in all beds. Not here. Lots of beds and we had 9 people. What you need to know: It's a large house on the north shore of Pickwick Lake tucked back at the end of a cove. There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared; 30 down to the front door and about 55 down to the boat dock. The driveway is STEEP. If you have a boat trailer, launch your boat first, then leave the trailer at the top of the driveway and don't bring it down the steep part. The boat dock it secluded we parked two bass boats and left gear on them because if felt secure. The house is very quiet, and with the trees, you can't see any neighbors. The porch has plenty of chairs for sitting. Kitchen is good for cooking. Negative comments keeping this from being a 5 star rating: There are several small items that need the love of a handyman. Back door handle needs replacing; a door screen needs replacing; trim was loose here and there; the upstairs AC quit working on us during the middle of the day (or maybe can't keep up) and a couple evenings; the first set of stairs to the dock are old and pretty slick when wet and are in need of being replaced; the last step on the old stairs is broken. Aside from those needed repairs, which are typical in Vrbos, this was an awesome place. The host refunded a night due to the AC not working well. If we come back to Pickwick, we'll stay here.
