Bring your family, friends or a mixture of both to enjoy this newly remodeled and fully decorated home right on Lake Tuscaloosa.
This Lake Tuscaloosa Rental has been on this property for 30 year, but it deserved a little love and attention. Our professional designer and contractor have just finished updating and decorating this wonderful 5-bedroom 3.5 bath home, overlooking not the slightest detail to ensure the comfort of our guests.
Enjoy spending time eating or just relaxing together on the fully screened-in porch, with a wonderful view of the south shore of Lake Tuscaloosa. Take a stroll down the short path to the new stationary dock for swimming and boating. Just across the lake or down the street is Smith's Marina where you can rent a pontoon boat for even more fun on the water. Our neighborhood boat launch is 3 houses down from us, or a few second’s drive, for easy access should you come equipped with your own boat.
The kitchen, equipped with the latest in modern appliances, is just off of the waterfront dining area. The counters are granite and the appliances are stainless steel. The double-oven is large enough to cook mountains of food for all 12 of you! Indeed, this fabulous and spacious kitchen is set-up for cooking any size meal from cook-outs to Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner.
We provide a gas grill with propane for grilling out on the deck, if you care for that ambiance – and who doesn’t?
Whether there are 5 or 12 guests, you can gather and eat around the wet-bar as well.
The open-concept living room is a comfortable gathering spot for watching movies, sporting events, or for folks who want to engage in game night. The 60" TV has full HD cable and a smart blu-ray player for movies and shows. We also have wifi for all your devices and needs.
What about bedrooms?
Well, on the main level there is a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bath. The bath has a tub/ shower combo. Occupants of this bedroom can step through the sliding glass doors that lead out to the wrap-around deck. As with all the bedrooms, this one comes with its own flat screen TV, hooked up to full HD cable.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs.
The back bedroom has a king-size bed and private bath, featuring a tub with tile surround. The front and middle bedrooms also have king-size beds. These two bedrooms share the large hall bathroom with the front bunk room – ideal for kids!
The hall bath has a double vanity with granite top and separate area for the toilet and large walk-in tile shower. The bunk room has 2 sets of bunks with extra-long twin mattresses.
