You are 30-60 min away from 6 ski resorts. A 30 min drive to south lake tahoe, north lake tahoe, Reno Airport, and Virginia City. There is a grocery store, gas station, Chic Filet, casino, movie theater within a few blocks of the house. Also a shopping plaza only 2 miles away with Costco, Walmart, Trader Joes, Target, In & Out and more. There are also hiking trails to hike over the foothills with amazing views all walking distance from the house. The house has a 25 year old age limit to rent the house.
