Escape to the best deep-water channel on Lake Seminole at Fish Pond Drain - a favorite local spot to ski, tube, and wakeboard. Enjoy an exclusive channel beside the property. There is an 8-foot x 32-foot viewing deck at the end of the dock. The dock has two electric boat lifts: one standard and one pontoon. There is a boat landing at Seminole State Park (which requires a small fee) and a public landing just across the lake from the house. Multiple boat launches are also within five miles of the house, and the state park is less than a half-mile up the channel. This is the perfect place for the kids to learn how to kayak, float, or play without concern about boat traffic on the main canal!
At home, a screened back porch and fenced backyard offer plenty of outdoor space to enjoy time together. Or head inside to unwind into vacation mode in the living area and watch a movie on the 55-inch LED smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of appliances and everything you'll need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. There is ample space between the kitchen island and the dining table to enjoy dinners.
