It has 3 bedrooms: two with double bed and one with a single bed. There is room for another single bed in the office. It is !8 minutes from the Sunday River ski area, 11 minutes from skiing and mountain biking at Mount Abram and 12 minutes from Bethel.
There are plenty of winter activities on the lake: cross country skiing, ice fishing and snowmobiling. There is a snowmobile club in Minot, and groomed cross country ski trails in Bethel.
The weekly rate is $840. The nightly rate is $150 except for $200 Saturdays and holidays, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Spring, summer and fall: take a swim or park your own boat at the dock and kick back and enjoy the views of the lake, Mount Christopher, and the loons as they communicate with each other.
