Located on the main section of Rush Lake, there is easy lake access to Crosslake and the rest of the Whitefish Chain, Rush Lake sandbar, The Warf, Moonlight Bay etc. The property features a large deck overlooking the lake, paved walkways around the home and down to the dock/lake, and fire pit area. Within walking distance of the lake home is The Bourbon Room (1/4 mile) & Moonlight Bay (1 mile, should you choose to walk rather than boat). An easy walk/run or drive, the heart of the city of Crosslake is just 3 miles from the property. New 2023 pontoon boat is available for rent. $350 per day.
The home itself is a spacious 2800 sqft and features an open concept main living area that is filled with windows, Central AC, modern kitchen with stainless steal appliances, kitchen table, and bar seating around the large kitchen island.
