Welcome! This spacious lake-front home with beautiful lake views has a wrap-around deck with three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six people in three separate bedrooms (2 queens, 1 full). There is space at the dock for you to keep your boat or pontoon. Also has a patio area closer to the lake, a fire pit, grill, pedal boat and row boat for your use, as well as life vests, fishing rods, some outdoor games and books, puzzles and games inside the house. The lake is good for swimming, water sports and great fishing. (If you plan on cleaning and or cooking fish, please let us know ahead of time.)
This home is located on a quiet, cul-de-sac with just a few homeowners as neighbors. Home is equipped with both cable TV and WIFI. All bedding, bathroom, and kitchen towels are provided. (You bring your own beach towels and beach blankets).
Space in the closets and dresser drawers for your items.
Special Notes: We do not allow pets, smoking or loud/late parties. This home is not just a "rental" to us. It is our second home and we plan on spending more time here in the coming years. Therefore...if you do not plan on a quiet visit and do not intend to take extremely good care of the property inside and out, then this will not be a good fit for you or us. This home is located in a privately-owned home area, so you can expect NOT to be kept up at night with loud noises and parties, and we would expect our guests to show that same courtesy to our neighbors.
