Laguna del Mar No 12 Welcome to our beautiful beachfront apartment, on Seven Mile Beach. Located in Laguna del Mar, a friendly condo gated community with beautiful bougainvillea and mature landscaping, a few short steps from the Seven Mile Beach, powdery sand, stunning ocean and many restaurants and other amenities.
This unit, #12 Laguna del Mar, can sleep up to 10 and is situated on the second floor with elevator access. This newly renovated unit has Character and is Cosy, Comfy and Classy. Furnished and decorated to incorporate the Caribbean feel. The unit is spacious with great ocean & sunset views. The beach is private with its own secluded cove with over 350 feet of water frontage. On the property grounds there a large fountain pond with little turtles. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq, gym, tennis court and free parking. The unit has free high speed wifi and some books and board games for our guests’ entertainment. 24 hour security is also provided.
Laguna del Mar No 12 features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright living room with a fully equipped, spacious, open kitchen and a large terrace for breath-taking ocean views. The living room has a comfy pull out couch, a wide screen television, and a large dining room table which seats up to 8 people (with another dining room table on the porch that can seat up to another 8, and additionally 3 breakfast bar seats at the kitchen). The master bedroom has a king size bed, large ocean facing windows, direct terrace access, and a full walk in closet. The master bathroom is equipped with two large sinks, an open shower and a bubble Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a king size bed, private bathroom and shower and a large closet. The third bedroom has two queen beds.
Laguna del Mar is in the heart of Seven Mile Beach with many amenities within walking distance. There is Craft Pub across the street, Marriott Hotel nearby, Camana Bay within a short walk and many more restaurants spas, bars and shops within walking distance. Seven Mile Beach is world-famous for its turquoise water, beautiful white sand and water amenities such as snorkelling reefs and jet ski and paddle board rentals.
