The first floor is furnished with an open-plan kitchen, two large living rooms, and a veranda where guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch, all while gazing at the majestic Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
The sleeping quarters comprise three double bedrooms, each featuring a furnished private terrace, a king-size bed, and a lavishly appointed en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a suite, which is the largest among the four rooms and includes a jacuzzi. The suite is divided into two areas, one with a private living room featuring a double sofa bed and a private bathroom, and the other with a master bedroom.
The pool measures 9 meters (29.5 feet) in length and 4 meters (13 feet) in width, with a depth ranging from 1 meter (3 feet) to 2.5 meters (8 feet).
