Rustic meets Scandanavian modern at La Osita A-Frame. Enjoy modern elegance with well appointed amenities. Located in the Upper Moonridge neighborhood, its just a short drive to our local zoo, golf course and Bear Mountain Ski Resort.
Step inside this completely remodeled classic chalet cabin. On the entry level you will find the family room area. With a comfy sectional sofa and a couple of occasional chairs with a large Flatscreen TV. Enjoy the views from the large floor to ceiling picture windows.
Off the family room and to the right of the family room area is the first bedroom offering a Queen bed, Flatscreen TV, a full bath and deck access.
Step out onto the deck where there are side chairs to sit and sip your favorite drink or coffee and a table with umbrella for hanging out while grilling on the propane barbecue.
Back inside, make your way through the open concept living area, the dining table offers seating for six and there are four additonal seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen offers modern appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, a standard coffee maker is provided.
Head downstairs to the game room area. There is a air hockey table, vintage style arcade game, large Flatscreen TV, DVD player and a Pullout sleeper sofa. You have outdoor access where you can soak in the hot tub and a nice outdoor seating area with propane fire pit.
Head back inside to the top floor loft area. There is a Queen bed and Full bed. Enjoy amazing views from the large picture windows in the family room area. There is a three quarter bath and you also have outdoor access to the upper back deck.
Note: This home has a steep driveway, it may be difficult to enter/exit during winter months. Tire chains are recommended.
Fireplace is non operational.
The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings.
