La Modista is a newly built rural house, located in the center of El Barco de Ávila. The environment in which it is located is ideal: a valley surrounded by mountains (the Sierra de Gredos, the Sierra de Béjar, the Covatilla) and furrowed by the Tormes River, which leaves in its path a beautiful riverbank and bathing places.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor, in an open and cozy atmosphere, is the living room and kitchen. On the upper floor, a room with double bed, television and hot tub, and bathroom.
Our accommodation is designed for rest and relaxation, as a couple. A small apartment with all the comforts (fully equipped kitchen, television in the living room and in the room, hot tub) and with information to enjoy the surroundings, its activities, gastronomy and culture.
