Positive: It's a wonderful hotel with a beautiful view of the valley below. You can see Arezzo in the distance. It's clean, very well old fashionably decorated. The food was great, the staff was excellent. Absolutely splendid. There was a problem with the air conditioning in our room, so they gave us a very big, spacious, and wonderful apartment. Waking up with that view... unforgettable. The breakfast was great, we also had dinner there when we arrived. It was very tasty. Best tiramisu I've tried.
Negative: At times and at certain places, there was no wifi. It was not a big problem for us, only for our teens, but it was a pleasure watching them suffer without internet 😄.
