The apartment has been completely renovated maintaining a rustic style typical of the era to which the structure dates back.
At the entrance you will find a spacious garden to cross to reach the entrance door to the apartment which is located on the first floor.
The apartment is 120sqm large, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
The space of each room is large, in order to guarantee maximum comfort.
In all the rooms there are large windows that give light to the apartment.

Summary: By far and away the absolute best long term rental ever. Apt is amazing, extremely clean, well furnished with everything you could possibly need. While the apt has been updated beautifully it still maintains the historic charm of days of old. It is the perfect balance. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of restaurants,grocery stores, coffee and bakery shops within a 5-10 minute walk and of course the nearby bus stop. I don't have enough kind words for our amazing host Laura. She made us feel so welcome and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was always available to answer questions or make recommendations. She is the host extraordinaire, beautiful, charming and so much fun and full of life. We just fell in love with her. We also had the pleasure of meeting her mom and dad who are just the loveliest people you could ever want to meet and were so helpful showing us how everything worked on that first day. The outdoor space is just so beautiful and relaxing. We would come back after a long hot day of touring and just enjoy the quiet with some snacks and good Italian wine! It was the best vacation stay ever. Thank you so much Laura for making it possible.
