Positive: A charming and comfortable studio in a great location, 5 minutes from the port and the « centro » and 10 mins from the best beach, La Baia Negra. The studio is spacious enough with an outside minimalist kichen with no stove or microwave but we managed without them. Very quiet at garden level. Friendly cute cats come to your door to make friends. Good bed, good shower and very clean. No Wifi but the absolutely charming owner, Giuliana, lent us her’s. We highly recommend, a great value for the price we paid.
Negative: Zinzari ! Mosquitoes ! but they are not ferocious, their noise is worse than their bite, so I wore ear plugs and they did not bother me. No bites the next morning. And they are not there all the time. Poisonous spray is provided. Coffee is only with a small italian coffee maker. We travel with a washable Melitta cone and are thus we are never in a fix.
Summary: Convenient and comfortable. Charming host.
