Positive: Beautiful accommodation in a new house. A quiet house, most of the apartments were empty. The location of the house is right in the center, yet very quiet. Parking in the underground garage (2 cars - note: max. height approx. 1.85 cm!), elevator to the highest floor. Handover of keys via mailbox and code. The apartment is sunny, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, 2 terraces. The view from the terrace is to the yard, but if you sit, you can only see the roofs of the houses and the mountains. Bakery 1 minute on foot, large store 2 minutes by car, several restaurants around, 2 minutes to the lake. I definitely recommend it.
Negative: During our stay (9 nights) there was a sewage smell in the bathroom for two days.
