Positive: Beautiful, brand new house. Very well reformed, comfortable furniture, great beds, large bathrooms. The terrace on the top floor is fantastic and has great views of the fortezza. Location is good, a 7 minute walk from free car park but right next to the fortezza and the old town. Communication with hosts was easy and well-organized. Overall a great place to stay.
Negative: It smelt a bit damp,.especially when we arrived and on the ground floor. It was fixed by opening windows and probably as it gets more lived in the smell will fade away. This is the only reason why we wouldn"t give iy a 10. It would also be nice to have an extra sofa in the terrace.Bear in mind that to get to the second bedroom you have to climb up two steep flights of stairs.
