Positive: All the staff was extremely kind! Just one lady was different.
Negative: The first receptionist at the check-in was very rude, NEVER SMILE, treat us in an uncomfortable way. I have never experienced that during the last 6 hotels I've visited, here in Peru. And more: She charged extra guests for our kid, in a triple room (a "triple room" that has just 2 beds !!!). All the cities we have visited in Canada, USA, Peru, give us triple or double rooms for 2 adults and 2 children (of my kids age) without making us pay more!!! And even if we have reserved 2 bedrooms in this hotel (for 2 other family adults!). I talked with the hotel administrator, and he was very kind and polite, but I asked for a refund (for that extra charge), but he didn't concret. So, my experience is that, and if you have no problem with that extra charge, and we forget the bad treat of one employee, it is very good ;)
