Summary: Very comfortable beds and had a great night sleep hence the 3 stars. The hotel needs alot of work and has so much potential once this is done. Unfortunately we had no hot water in either rooms so couldn't shower. Family room wasn't available even though that's what we booked so got given 2 separate rooms which could be a problem for families with young children. Children's room had a smashed window. It room had a window handle broken so window would not shut properly. There is no bar or restaurant working which is a shame as we would of spent money using this and the nearest shops were quite a distance.
