Positive: Location, the view, near good food, kek lok si and penang hill
Negative: Property in construction, have to pass them to go to our room. Ants in the room. Balcony in disarray, seat outside is frayed.
Summary: The good: location and price, the bad: construction and ants, need decent balcony furniture.
