Summary: Our family stayed in this nice home during a very cold week in Fort Plain (-3 outside). The house looked to be recently remodeled, was very clean, and had very modern amenities and appliances. The furnace/radiator struggled to keep the first floor warm without space heaters, but the upstairs sleeping quarters were very comfortable with the heating system running and the space heaters provided by the host. They were very quick to respond to the temperature issues, so we slept well during our stay. We were out of the house most of the day visiting family, so the first floor temperature issues had minimal impact to us. Very easy to go in and out of town from the location. During our next visit, if the house is open, we would likely consider staying there again because of how much the host worked with us to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
