"JUST ONE MORE" is a sweet little hidden gem located just 6 houses away from the waters edge. The views of both beach and bay are amazing. The location also offers very easy beach access.
The deck offers a wonderful large uncovered space and a wonderful covered space. Both areas offer comfortable seating and fun outdoor amenities. An 8 seater Golf Cart is another optional rental offered to the customers lucky enough to stay at "Just One More" beach house. Centrally located near the restaurants, convenience stores, gift shops, local golf cart trails, the liquor store and much much more. Jump in the golf cart or your vehicle and run over to the bait shop for bait and gear to go fishing or crabbing from many different locations on the island, set up your place on the sand for a day at the beach with your family and friends, plan a delicious BBQ at the amazing space under the house or go to one of our local restaurants for a night out.
This property has been 100% completely remodeled in 2023. Brand new electrical, Central Air / Heat, sheetrock, flooring, bedding, furniture, appliances, etc... and features 3 spacious bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 full restrooms, fun coastal contemporary decor, comfortable beds & furniture, and most of all is available at a very affordable rate.

Summary: My Family, friends and I had a blast. The house is so clean. It has everything.They even give you a check list of things you might need. This makes it very easy to plan meals and beach days. We were about a 3 minute walk to the Gulf.. We loved it! The style in the house is very comfortable. She had everything even a snack box with everything you could want-water, goldfish, popcorn, granola bars etc. We also rented the golf cart that was 8 seater that came with the house… was so nice just to have it there and we could use it without having to pick it up and take it back some where to return. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. If we had a question, they were quick with a response. We would definitely stay in this lovely beach home rental! We would also have no hesitations to work with the management team again! Thank you for making our week be the very best!David and Amy
