Renovations include a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, full-size appliances, and craft-made cabinets (plus, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, spices, condiments, blender, baking trays, multiple coffee makers including espresso and French Press, Keurig pods, wine glasses and more The unit also features: dining table for two, a bathroom with imported Italian marble throughout, a step-in shower; custom built-ins; and recessed lighting.
Beautifully decorated with plush queen bed, deluxe mattress, high-end linens/towels, and super comfortable down pillows (down-alternative pillows also provided). Also in the unit: a new, large-screen TV (with HBO subscription); Bluetooth speaker; and a host of books and DVDs.
On the community's two large beachfront decks you will find tables, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, all for your use and enjoyment. Grills to be installed summer 2025. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee, watching the sunrise (or sunset) right on the water, or laying out in the sun and taking some time to yourself - to do absolutely nothing.
Rent includes WiFi and on-site parking for 1 car (sedans and small SUVs only). Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand-grabber, cooler and ice packs.
Please Note: As with all things in Ptown, space is at a premium, so the on-site parking space will only accommodate a sedan or small SUV. Guests planning to travel with larger vehicles -- including full-size SUVs and all pick-up trucks -- will need to make arrangements to park elsewhere, and I'm happy to share those options with you.

As we prepare for another great season in Ptown, we’d like to tell you what actions we’re taking to provide you with a clean and sanitary rental.
We’re using EPA recommended cleaning/disinfecting products, according to CDC guidelines.
Our professional cleaners are wearing masks and gloves for everyone’s protection.
The unit is being pre-cleaned, the cleaning agents are being left on the surfaces, per CDC guidelines, to penetrate before being wiped away. The unit is being ventilated each cleaning and the pillows, bed pad and coverlet are being replaced with new, fresh, disinfected ones after each visit. Likewise, the sheets and towels are being thoroughly washed in very hot water, consistent with CDC guidance.
