Summary: The front desk staff is terrible. With the room far from the front desk check-in, they did not even bother to tell me that there were no bottles of water in the room. And, although I was sitting at a lobby bistro table where people were getting served, after 20 minutes, I asked when someone would come over to help me, and they told me there was no table service. Then, the told me to order from the lobby bar, and it was closed. You have the laziest working on earth, and they do not care about hotel guests. They treated wak-in street guest better than they treated me.
