Living room with 65โ CCTV with extended Spectrum cable including all sports channels, and 50โ smart TV in one bedroom. Stereo system and 5G wireless internet access with Wi-Fi enabled printer. Ground floor recreation room with 42โ extended cable TV with all channels, bar with stool seating and refrigerator, piano, twin bedroom, full bathroom and laundry room.
The third level features two large king bedroom suites with two full bathrooms and an additional oceanfront living room with bar height table and chairs, desk and sleeper sofa. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, two-car garage, charcoal grill, three kayaks, many bicycles, beach chairs and boogie boards.
