Positive: 1. The best thing about the apartment is its central location, very close to the Théâtre des Arts station. 2. Considering both the location and the quality of the facilities inside the apartment, I would say the booking was worth the price I paid. 3. The check-in process was quite simple; I retrieved the key from the keybox and returned it to the same place afterwards.
Negative: 1. As shown in the photos I took, the main showerhead is broken and cannot be used. You can only use the handheld shower, but its fixture is also broken and can only be set in its lowest position. 2. The most significant problem in this apartment was the toilet. There was a constant leak from the tank to the toilet bowl, preventing the tank from filling properly and thus the flush from working. The host was informed half an hour after my arrival (around 9 pm), and he suggested coming to fix the issue the next afternoon. Since I was only staying for two days, that did not seem reasonable to me and did not go through it. I also attached photos to illustrate the situation with the toilet. Furthermore, the sound of the water leakage was very noticeable—it was the first thing I heard upon entering the building. This should have alerted the owners, and they should have taken care of it before renting it to people. 3. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The bed is a foldable couch that sags when leaned toward the sides, and the pillows provided were uncomfortable.
