Positive: We liked the apartment, it was clean, tidy and comfortable. The owners were very helpful. It was located very close to Vera Plaza, where there are shops and restaurants (we recommend Lua - excellent). The development it is situated on is well looked after and the swimming pool is quiet impressive. You get your own allocated car parking space - very close to the apartment. Security on site seems very good. The main entrance gate is manned. We have no hesitation in recommending staying here.
Negative: Nothing really. We found the location very convenient. Renters should be aware that the apartment is located very close to the main entrance. This makes it a very easy walk to the shops/restaurants etc - but the beach is a longer walk. The garden is very pleasant but it does back on to the car parking/roadway. There a no views to be had of the sea.
Summary: Very comfortable, clean apartment close to Vera Plaza.
