Situated on a quiet peninsula with panoramic views of the bay and private water access; all just a short walk or bike to neighborhood cafes and restaurants. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large deck with cozy seating, grill, firepit, and more! Quick access to rt-24N; 1 hour to Boston, 25 minutes to downtown Newport and 10 minutes to Bristol, RI.
This cottage has seen many updates inside and out for a coastal modern feel. Enjoy bay views from nearly any location of the living space as soon as you enter. Three large sliders bring the outside in and offer easy flow out to the deck. Out there you can dine, grill, enjoy the loungers, or cozy up around the fire pit. The first floor also offers a full bathroom and pullout sofa.
Just upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom offers a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the water. The secondary bedroom also offers a queen size bed and pak-and-play for kiddos.
