You will have access to the pool, gym, computer room, garage, and the entire apartment expect the cleaners closet which contains cleaning supplies.

By car or ride share such as Uber, & Lyft would be best.
Towing is enforced. You must make sure the temporary parking permit provided is visible in your vehicle. All other vehicles without a parking permit must park on the 5th floor which is Visitors Parking. The parking permit will be on the counter inside of the unit. MAKE SURE you immediately go place it in your car upon checking-in as we are NOT responsible for any vehicles towed.
1. Check-in is at 4:00pm, absolutely no bag drop offs are allowed. (Early check-ins may be available at a $50 fee, ask host.)
2. The Cleaners will be at the property at 11AM. Checkout is promptly at 11:00 am unless prior arrangements were made. (All unauthorized late check-out will be charged $60 after 20 minutes pass checkout. Also, a $60 per hour fee until checked out. The cleaners will charge me if you're not out, please check-out on time.
3. Parties are not permitted. This is our most important rule which will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed that were not previously stated on the reservation. ($50 per night for each unauthorize guest)
5. A RING doorbell camera is installed for the safety of all our guest, and for home security purposes. ANY sort of tampering with the camera will result in a $500 fine and cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
6. No smoking or vaping inside of the unit. Please step to the patio or outside to smoke, ensuring that either door is closed behind you so smoke don't enter inside. ($300 Fine if this rule is violated)
7. You are held responsible for any items that are broken/missing in the unit. Also, please avoid eating/drinking on the bed. Any linens that are found severely stained will be charged to you.
8. Guest cannot receive any packages via courier service or the mail, without prior approval from the host.
9. Quiet Hours starts at 10:00 PM. Please be courteous to the neighbors.
10. Last but not least, please treat our home with respect.
