Summary: Heating system very erratic and fan (very noisy) never stopped until the day we left. Room stayed very warm no matter what the setting. Very confusing and no one to help. You should make the guests know that there is no housekeeping service including towel service. For 800 to 900 a night that should be addressed, TVs very confusing. Not easy to operate. No written directions for them. You would think that you would have a proper shower instead of a small handheld. Jacuzzi outside was not very hot, a bit hotter than warm and the timers were only 25 Mn settings . The condo was very stark..needed to have a more cozy feeliong.
