This charming little house is located on 2 floors.
On the upper floor, thermally and acoustically insulated, (all rooms with double glazing), you will find 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning + fan and a small adjoining bathroom, shower, sink + wc.
The second bedroom has a bed of 2 places, 1 space to work and a storage unit. You will have to go up and down a spiral of stairs.
On the ground floor, the main room has a 2-seater sofa and a small workspace; A suspended bed called "drop of water" is hung in the middle of the living room. This bed is extra, namely $ 15 per day for short term rentals and free from 1 week to 1 month and more.
This bed is rudimentary and can accommodate 2 people with a total weight not exceeding 200 kgs. Ideal for children.
From the small living room you will access a small dining room with a capacity of 4 to 6 people then the kitchen.
