This is a perfect location for a summer vacation rental! Just steps to Marginal Way and directly between Ogunquit’s Little Beach and Perkins Cove. This 2,065sqft. colonial-style home is well equipped to help you create a memorable vacation to Ogunquit (appropriately coined "The Beautiful Place by the Sea").
90 Cherry Lane is the perfect "Home-Base", allowing you to go enjoy the well-known restaurants, scenic strolls, entertainment, and beaches.
There were recent renovations made, which brought this home to a new level of comfort and added some very aesthetically pleasing features. The spacious kitchen comes equipped with of basic kitchenware, counter space and new appliances. The open-space concept between kitchen and dining room allow for the conversations to flow!
Nearby is the fabulous "Great Room", which comes complete with an oversized flat screen TV with cable. You will also find central Wireless Internet! The fireplace is decorative only at this time, but adds a nice touch. The reading and game room are not far off, allowing for some quiet time or family bonding!
The first floor is where you will also find one of the two full bathrooms. Take the staircase to the second floor, where you will find each of the four bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with a king sized bed, the second room has a comfortable queen bed, and the third and fourth bedroom comes equipped with 2 twin beds in each. The full bathroom with bathtub/shower is situated at the top of the stairs. Please refer to the configuration in the "Amenities" section for more info.

Trolley`s run on Shore Rd. for access to surrounding towns, beaches, and attractions.
Other Things to Note:
Check in is no earlier than 3pm: Guests will receive a code to a lockbox at the home. You can not park at the property prior to check in.
Check out is no later than 10am. Cleaners arrive promptly. We ask that you please return the key to the lockbox before check out. We ask that you return the home as you found it. Take all trash and food out of the home and put into the appropriate bins given. Make sure dishes are being run through the dishwasher.
