Summary: This is an upstairs apartment. The stairs are in the back of the building, as is the parking. The number is clearly marked on a red lobster and clearly visible from ground level. The parking along the treeline is reserved for restaurant staff, otherwise you can park anywhere. You could also park on the street in the front. This apartment was clean, beds comfortable, bedding and towels were nice. There is a full sized refrigerator, oven, stove & keurig coffee maker. When we stayed there was no microwave, perhaps because there really isn't room for one. This is an ideal location that is steps away from Schoodic In restaurant and the Blue Ox Saloon. There are various businesses nearby, some seasonal. This would be a great stop for a snowmobiling backpack trip. I enjoyed the character of this old building which is fully upgraded. It was sub-freezing when we stayed but the apartment stayed very warm.
