You are in the Bouttières region, in green Ardèche, 40 km from Valence or Tournon, at an altitude of 560 m, in the middle of meadows, above a small river, the Grozon, a tributary of the Doux which itself flows into the Rhone at Tournon (it's the valley of the little train of Vivarais, the Mastrou).
This house is close to a small hamlet called Chamblard, consisting of four houses, set of second homes occupied by a group of friends. The Gabbro was completely renovated in 2015 - 2016 and offers a capacity of ten people. The living rooms are numerous, with, besides the kitchen - dining room, a lounge and its large traditional fireplace, a room arranged for various activities (35 m²) to make, for example, music, yoga, working meetings, theater rehearsals ...
