You get 6 nights minimum, between Fridays, only seasonally booked only till end of August each season, bring your fishing pole try out our private pond and bring your quad if you have one and you can!

This is the closest we could get to Heaven, top of the Mountain on south side of Cooperstown Village, 5 minutes to HOF, & Otsego Lake.
We came here 50 years ago, like most on vacation, as a young man thought this was really cool,
I could go fishing, hunting, hiking, ride motorcycles, go camping, have campfires, watch wildlife, and most of all, relax...why Because you deserve it!
The best thing I could take away from this, was how relaxing it really was, something we didn't have where we lived, Long Island, NYC area.
This is not the Village, or somewhere far away, we are minutes to everything, shopping, eating out, 20 mins to Wal-Mart, etc...
This property we own has hundreds of acres, Bass pond, hiking, apple picking in August, camping out, campfires,
not for the folks looking to be in the City, or around all the noise, this is a quiet, tranquil place, great views,
it's on our Summer Home, yet all private
PAST season we added a new 12 x 16 covered deck,
Awesome views, see all the deer, n turkeys, relax eat out side with table and chairs, on the covered deck all new,
park real close to your deck for access!
Watch the deer, turkey, some times you can see Eagles sore ,
fishing in our catch n release private pond, hiking....
Newer BBq-grill, new Sliding 6ft Door with all new windows , lots of new up grades....
