Positive: Location, price,& it has a lot of rooms for the whole family. We rented the whole 3rd floor and it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sala, dining, kitchen it’s just like home away from home. It’s very convenient because it’s walking distance from D mall,& beach, there’s a sari sari store and laundromat just a few steps from the apartelle. It’s beautiful and comfortable too. Staff and owner are very nice, friendly and helpful.
Negative: Since it was newly opened that time we had a hard time locating it. We thought we were scammed because it’s too good to be true and nobody knew where it was! The marker is the Q Lodge it’s just across it at the corner.
Summary: Very nice place, friendly staff and owner, close to everything,& reasonably priced.
