The house is part of one of the historic villas built in the 1960s on the dunes and Sabaudia beach, between Torre Paola and the Hotel Le Dune. The villa is accessed through an automatic gate and a private drive surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub.
The apartment, recently renovated, overlooks the beach, the dunes and the sea with a view of Mount Circeo. It has a large adjacent dedicated parking (for three cars, two large and one small), an independent entrance closed by a gate and is arranged on two levels. The whole apartment is protected by grates and armored doors. It is accessed by an exclusive staircase that leads to the terrace on the dune of the apartment, overlooking the sea. The terrace is furnished with sofas, armchairs, sun beds and umbrellas. Connected to the terrace, further down, a delightfully shaded shed, is organized for outdoor lunches and dinners by the sea.
Also outside the apartment there is a covered patio that shelters from the sea breeze, the meridian heat and the humidity of the night, furnished with a sofa, a large wooden dining table with chairs and a barbecue. On the ground floor, overlooking the terrace and the sea, there is a lounge, a dining room and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and a service bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor, very private, there are three double bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, with a romantic four-poster bed with curtains of veil, a daybed and a dressing table from the early 1900s, has a private terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Circeo.
