Positive: The location was comfortable for us since we were attending an event nearby. Clean The garden is very nice with a great view
Negative: No wifi. AC didn't work. Bring some water, because the tap water might be potable, but has a horrible taste. Private beach is advertised, but non existent. Same with TV. Kitchen utensils were damaged and you need to bring a lighter to turn on the stove. The kitchen is very small and uncomfortable to use. Hooks for towels and toilet paper holder are missing from the bathroom. Some indoor and outdoor lights are not working. Someone entered the house to fix the water pressure while we were away without notifying us. The main gate was blocked in the night when we came back home with our baby and we had to wait for an hour for someone to come and kick it in for us. Normally we wouldn't be bothered by these things, but the communication from the owner, especially when we were locked out of the place in the night, was unacceptable. We had to beg her to send someone to open for us while our little baby was out in the cold. No initiative, care or concern was shown by the owner. All in all the place is passable if you just want to sleep there.
