Here, where the Alto Salento merges into the Itria Valley, is a piece of paradise - a retreat with feel-good character for discerning guests. Even though the 300-metre-long ascent may be a little steep, once you reach the top you are rewarded with a magnificent view.
Just 30 min from the most beautiful beaches and in the heart of the Itria Valley, you will benefit from the most beautiful places (30 min from Alberobello, 20 min from Ostuni, 17 min from Martina Franca, 45 min from the Castellana Caves, 25 min from Locorotondo, 70 min from Lecce). You can relax, admire the olive trees, refresh yourself in the 40 m² private pool and use the deckchairs and parasols.
You have two large pergolas at your disposal, with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, brasero, two living rooms and two large dining tables.The completely renovated 4-cone trullo houses a bedroom (double bed 160 x 200), with its small sitting and living area and its sofa bed (extended: 140 x 190); 1 bathroom with shower, 2 wardrobes, 1 equipped kitchen and a storage room with washing machine. In the sun-drenched main house of Villa Il Bergamotto there are 2 double bedrooms (160 x 200), each with its own bathroom, large shower, bidet, WC and a direct exit to the outside. Another bedroom, apart from the double bed (160 x 200), has an additional single bed (80 x 190). Opposite the last bedroom is a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. All 3 bedrooms have direct access to the outside.
In the middle is a large living room with an open kitchen and island.
You can see from the kitchen equipment that the cucina belongs to an amateur chef. In the middle is a long (extendable) dining table that can seat up to 12 guests.The large sliding glass doors provide brightness and always let you catch beautiful views of nature.
The entire property is equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating and mosquito nets.

The French owner Claude and his wife Joséphine have made their dreams come true here. The idyllically situated estate Villa & Trulli Il Bergamotto blends very harmoniously into the green hills surrounding Ostuni.The property on over 18,000 square metres of land is composed of the chic, recently completed new villa, the four conical trullo and the magnificent 10 x 4 m private pool. The fascinating entourage is formed by silvery-green shimmering olive trees, almond trees with their beautiful blossoms as well as pear, nut and medlar plantations. The sun-ripened khaki fruits can be found among the typical Pugliese dry stone muretti, the muretti a secco, just like the lemons and bergamot, which spread their wonderful fruity aroma in the air like a noble fragrance.
There are idyllic nooks and vistas here that would undoubtedly inspire painters creatively.
The lightness of summer paired with a villa of hip design and fresh Mediterranean flair - in complete solitude - is a splendid luxury. The villa's interior is a blend of modern country style and reinterpreted minimalism.
One pergola features a large dining table and a large, exclusive corner sofa made of natural wicker for cosy hours outdoors. The other has a lovely seating area overlooking the olive grove, an outdoor kitchen with fridge, induction hob, barbecue and a cool brasero.
While you grill the fresh scampi and vegetables on the round brasero, you chat with family or good friends over a glass of wine.

The 40 sqm private pool and the two outdoor showers between the one and the other sunbathe the longed-for, fresh cooling. Bathed in sunlight or even in the evening, this hand-picked holiday home promises magical moments.
Tradition and modernity. The counterpart to the modern-Mediterranean holiday villa is the completely renovated four-cone trullo, which also opens its doors to our guests. The trullo is fully furnished and offers a double bed, a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m wide), dining table, bathroom and kitchen. Pretty sitting areas are also available in front of the trullo. Traditional lifestyle, homely atmosphere and southern flair go hand in hand here.
The trullo is only rented in connection with the main house. The flat roof of the holiday villa offers a wonderful view of the hilly landscape.
