Positive: The hotel is very good, the staff is super friendly, helpful and we enjoyed such a service. Every our request was pleased in two minutes, I really appreciated that approach and feel thankful for every member of the team. Everyone speaks English, even the cleaning staff, which was a nice surprise. We had a room with a sea view - absolutely gorgeous, a good balcony, interesting bathroom solution. The hotel offers fantastic food - a big variety of the dishes (greek and international), changing every day, nice entertainment program - a bit uncomfortable to see because of the sofas in the bar, but we enjoyed greek national dances. Nice beach, but I wouldn’t say that it has the 5* level - old rusty umbrellas, tattered sun loungers (but near the pools they have good condition). Both pools are nice, but the sea was better :) Respect for Korres cosmetics in the bathroom - exceptional! The shower is multifunctional and we liked it. You see how they treat their guests even in the details - fresh flowers everywhere at the lobby and a bar, many compliments, great staff, so everything is done to satisfy the guests.

Negative: The worst thing was the illumination.. The whole hotel is illuminated in the night, and it can not be turned off. We had an additional light at the balcony, which we could turn off, but anyway there is a common illumination, so we had to sleep with curtains and did not enjoy such a bedtime.. I understand that is done to better view at the hotel, but it is uncomfortable for the guests.. I would add a seat and a shoe spoon on the rooms, since the major category of guests are seniors. Good to know that the hotel is located at the small cape, so there are many rocks at the sea entrance, and that is why the hotel’s beach is tiny. It has the beach, but to enter the sea with comfort you have to go few dozen meters further at the coast. Sauna was not in good condition, there was no timer, not everything was covered on wood, and no place to leave your belongings before entering. Steam bath was better. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay and consider coming back :)
