Fantastic family house in a great neighborhood close to town. Completely remodeled with the chef in mind. New, stainless steel appliances as well as a 36’ gas stove make for the perfect setting to cook a fabulous meal. Unwind in the many seating areas throughout the home. Special attention to detail is what you'll find in this spacious, well-appointed home. Three large bedrooms and a detached office space make for a perfect corporate/family getaway. The large, private yard is an added bonus.
The space
Hyland House sits serenely on a lovely half-acre and is great for those traveling with kids, for work retreats and family gatherings. Drive up and park with ease in the large, circular driveway and unwind in this spacious, family friendly, home complete with a Chef's kitchen, formal dining area and multiple seating spots for you and your guests to relax. The detached office/studio with dedicated workspace caters to those working who need a quiet space. Every detail of Hyland House has been well thought out with your family/friends/conferencing needs in mind.
In the primary suite you will find a king-sized bed, while the ensuite bedroom has a lovely queen. The third bedroom is setup for family with a bunk bed that includes a full mattress and a twin on top, plus another twin to maximize the space. The toy closet is filled with with board games, puzzles, books and toys, and is sure to keep kids happy. Make a quick trip to the local grocery store just down the road and prepare a fabulous meal in the chef's kitchen, complete with updated appliances, a 36" gas range stove, and all the necessities you might need to cook a simple meal or a multi-course dinner. The seating nook in the kitchen lets you and your friends relax while cooking, plus there's a formal dining room for a more elevated dining experience. The primary bathroom features a shower and tub combo, stackable washer/dryer, and plenty of storage space. A dedicated workspace and detached office/studio accommodates those who work from home. The large, well-maintained, backyard allows for a perfect indoor/outdoor setting to let the little ones run around and play ball while you enjoy the private, scenic setting.
Guest access
There is ample space to park in the circular driveway with enough room for at least four vehicles plus off street parking. There’s also an EV charger for those with electric vehicles. We welcome you to enjoy the entire House, in addition to the detached office space and spacious yard. Unfortunately, it's not fully fenced which is why we do not feel comfortable allowing pets.
