Exceptional location for this charming guest house, with its shared salt water infinity pool and spectacular views over the Dordogne. Ideally located in the Périgord Noir, close to the Golden Triangle and its tourist sites, you will appreciate its calm and bucolic environment.
The house is an old barn with a very bright modern extension, a judicious mix of old and contemporary. It consists of a large living room opening onto a fitted kitchen and a lounge, two bedrooms en suite with shower room and toilet. Outside, in a beautiful environment, a large terrace with its barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a beautiful and large swimming pool with overflow to refresh.
You can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities such as canoeing, horse riding, hot air ballooning and an 18 hole golf course is just 5 minutes away. We can also organise a wine tasting day on request.
Household linen (tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats), bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The cost of the compulsory "intermediate cleaning" is invoiced at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave. We ask our tenants to leave the accommodation as they found it on their arrival (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no visible traces of dirt, bins removed, etc.).
