The property is located in the Thuringian Forest Nature Park near the Vessertal Biosphere Reserve. View into nature. Access is via a field or forest path (unpaved, length 100 m). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking (for 10 cars) on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 200 m). Use of the central parking lot in the village only in winter with heavy snow.
