Summary: Myself and my partner had a lovely stay at the Huntsman. The room (Roe) in the courtyard was lovely and comfortable and the courtyard itself was an unexpected bonus. The eco-friendly toiletries were a lovely touch. My only comments would be: (i) as someone who is wheat and dairy intolerant, a better selection of fruit for breakfast would have been nice; and (ii) although the bathroom was spotless and the room was generally very clean, I did feel that the (wooden) floor had not been cleaned properly.
