A nice new fire-pit with seating over looking the water! Down at the boat dock you will have everything you need: life jackets, kayaks and paddle boards! It also has a covered boat lift.
This home is designed to make you feel as though you are at your home! Located in a quiet subdivision, this home is 3,000 sqft with tall ceilings and big windows offering lots of natural light and views! Our expansive upper deck boasts outdoor dining and lounge set. While our lower deck offers rocking chairs to enjoy the spectacular view of a sunrise or sunset! There is a grilling area with a propane grill. The fire pit was created with relaxing in mind. Enjoy Hi-Speed Internet through Spectrum.
The upstairs include: 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, 2.5 baths, a kitchen, dining area, living room and laundry area. Also upstairs, right off the living area is a covered upper deck with steps leading down to the path to the dock. Each area is equipped with smart TV's and WIFI.
The downstairs includes: 3 bedrooms, 5 twin beds, and 1 full bed & 2 baths. You can enjoy the wet bar area while playing pool or the arcade game. There is also a patio located right outside that is connected to the paved path leading to the dock. Each area is equipped with smart TV's and WIFI.

There is plenty of water at the dock for swimming and many other water activities! Located in the boat house you will find; 2 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, and even corn hole boards! There is a covered boat lift! You can bring your own or we can recommend where to rent one.
