4 Bedroom Condo with TV, View and Balcony

It looks as good in person as it does in these pictures! We are ONLY 4 houses from the beach!
This spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, first-floor condo is in Ocean City's "deep south end", which is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and pristine beaches. Conveniently located a block from Mallon's famous sticky buns and pastries, near Boyer's Market and Deli, and just a bike ride or short drive over the bridge to Deauville Inn's famous beach bar and restaurant. Our south end location is walking distance to Corson's Inlet State Park with its high dunes and great hiking trails.
New air conditioning/heating system was installed in the summer of 2016 and new hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen/dining area/living room in the spring of 2018. New fans were added to each of the bedrooms the Spring of 2020. This off season (2021) we updated the downstairs shower.
Relax in the open living area! You will find comfortable seating in the living room where you can lay back and enjoy watching TV or entertain your guest. The kitchen is a modern kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counter tops and appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig/coffee brew machine. It is well stocked with all the things you will need to cook and dine in. Entertaining a large family? There is plenty of seating at a large table in addition to 4 chairs for dining at the counter. Two large sliding doors take you from the living area to the front deck where you can enjoy the ocean views while you dine, snack or just relax in the wicker chairs or sit at the high porch table.
Go down the hallway and you will find four bedrooms with beds to sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has a HDTV TV including one with a smart WIFI enabled TV. We have XFinity cable TV by Comcast as well as high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one off the hallway while the other is attached to the master bedroom. The washer and dryer units are off the hallway across from the bathroom.
Parking is provided for at least three cars with a carport and driveway. A private, enclosed outside shower accessed from the carport, includes both hot and cold water. This shower was updated the Spring of 2021. It now feels like you are walking into luxury as you enter the shower area through the tiled changing room.
Under the front deck, you will find ample storage space for all your beach stuff.
Our home is a smoke-free environment. Sorry, we do not allow pets or group rentals. All Renters must be over the age of 21.
Minimum One week terms during the summer season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Rates vary per the time of the season. Security Deposit required. The off-season check -in/check-out may be different than a Saturday depending upon availability.

When setting up our property for a rental, we wanted to make sure any renter would have what our family would want when they come down to the shore... Our beach home has 4 spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds to sleep the kids. The other three are equipped with 2 twins, 1 queen-size and 1 king-size bed. There is a rear deck that can be accessed from the back bedroom. The rear deck is equipped with a retractable clothesline. All of the bedrooms have flat screened TVs and Comcast Cable. There is one bathroom located off the hallway, with another one located off the master bedroom. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and Comcast Cable. A DVD player is connected to the living room TV. WiFi can be used throughout the house, as well. The spacious and opening living area is perfect for the entire family to hang out with ample seating. The updated kitchen features a breakfast bar that can seat four and a dining area that can sit the entire family, too (extra chairs can be found in the closet of the bedroom with the twin beds). All of this leads out to a very spacious front deck that gives generous peaks of the beach and ocean. The deck is equipped with teak furniture to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The exterior of the property has a private/enclosed outside shower for rinsing off from the beach or showering the kids, and a spacious/private exterior storage area under the front deck for all your beach gear. Three bikes are stored in the room next to the enclosed outside shower that our renters are welcomed to use at their own risk.
Because of the quiet and tranquil nature of this property's location, the waves of the ocean can be heard from within the house.
Our property is equipped with everything one needs to enjoy their vacation at the shore: coffee maker, plenty of eating utensils, cooking ware, cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, and more. We also supply eight (8) beach tags for your enjoyment and use. Just bring your towels, linens, and beach gear! OFF STREET PARKING for at least 3, maybe 4 cars, at the rear of property.

Summary: We enjoyed the stay in NJ. It was a little further than we thot from the boardwalk but the beach itself was close. Just walk around the house and across the street. The kids enjoyed the house. The only thing for me and my husband the king bed was a bit too firm. The hostess was very nice and very helpful. Communication was great.
