2 Bedroom House with TV, Bedding and Kitchen
Mid terrace renovated a few years ago sleeping 4 people, only 500 meters from a wide sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants in the seaside village of Penmaenmawr. A short drive from Llandudno and Conwy to east, Anglesey to the west and Snowdonia to the south.
It is a 2 bedroom house set out over 2 floors. The master bedroom (king size bed), family bathroom (bath with shower over) and twin bedroom are on the first floor. The main living area is on the ground floor with a comfortable lounge and kitchen-diner. The house was renovated a few years ago keeping the high ceilings and trying to blend original features with a light, bright interior.
The house has central heating and a positive input ventilation system. The lounge has seating for 4 people with a TV and blu-ray player. Between the lounge and kitchen / diner are sliding doors allowing a single open space or two rooms. The kitchen has a table with seating for 4, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the main utensils. Just off the kitchen is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, the first has a king size bed, TV and wardrobes, the second has two single beds and plenty of wardobe space. Linen and towels are included. The house has WiFi for guests to use.
Access is via the front door up two small steps. You have access to the ground floor and first floor. You have your own bathroom on the first floor.
The house has a basement which is where we live. Guests do not have access to the basement and courtyard. Guests are asked to be considerate of their noise levels in the evening given the residential area and that the house is a terrace with neighbours both sides.

Penmaenmawr lies between a wide sandy beach (ideal for families, kites and sailing) and the beginning of the Snowdonia National Park (walking, hiking mountain biking and more). There shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. A short drive takes you to popular tourist destinations like the Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, the historic castle town of Conwy and inland towards Betws Y Coed, Bethesda and Mt. Snowdon itself. North Wales is becoming a hub for adrenalin adventure, Zip Wires, Surf Snowdonia, Bounce Below, Llechwedd Slate Caverns, Go Below and more and all within an easy drive.
We are just on the A55, buses to Bangor and Llandudno (via Conwy) stop at the bottom of the road and there's a train station 5 minutes walk with trains to Bangor and Llandudno Junction. You can walk all the way to Conwy along the beach (at low tide) or have access to mountains directly behind us.
COVID19 Cleaning Procedures - We have implemented cleaning procedures as recommended by AirBnB and the Professional Association of Self Caterers. We have added a day either side of each booking to ensure at least 30 hours between guests departing and new arrivals. The house will be cleaned and sanitised between each booking as per the AirBnB / PASC guidelines using products certified to BS EN1276. We have invested in additional duvets, pillows etc so that after each booking they are quarantined for at least 4 days before being re-used with mattress / pillow protectors being washed. Carpets, upholstery and the like will be steam cleaned.
