Niki and her husband have created a beautiful holiday home with much work and effort from an old farmhouse that was originally built for animal husbandry. The house was originally used 40 years ago by her father, who had also kept sheep and donkeys on the ground.
After the renovation, there are now 2 separate apartments and 2 terraces with sea views available.
The house is rented as a whole for sole use.

The house is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Arcadia in Liläkia.
Liläkia is a tiny place with a few houses between the tourist center Paralio Astros and Xiropigado.
There is a bus stop. Everything you need is in Paralio Astros.

There is no road on this sandy beach so you are almost always on your own. There are caves - idael for snorkeling. Now and then yachts stop here. In the Nebensaision there is nobody, so it is also suitable for nudists and couples in love. The beach section is not visible. The water is crystal clear. Access is only possible via a path, sturdy footwear is advisable.
The region was awarded the Blue Flag because of the clear water. There is hardly any plastic waste, the Gulf of Arcadia is here cut off from the open sea, the water is rather warm in the spring and does not cool down quickly in the fall.
