The villa is located in the center of southeast Sicily between the territory of Modica and Noto. Recently built, it consists of 4 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 10 people, 2 kitchens with electric and wood burning oven, freezer and coffee machine, 3 bathrooms, a large living room finely furnished with an internal fireplace. E 'it equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay: washing machine, hot and cold water, air conditioning / heating, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, digital TV, baby crib. All rooms are large and spacious. Outside a large veranda with swimming pool, barbecue area and private parking is ideal for a stay in contact with nature. Pets are welcome. On request availability of bath and bed linen. Inserted in the Modica countryside between Noto Baroque and Syracuse and that of Modica and Ragusa, World Heritage sites, is 15 minutes away by car from the beaches of San Lorenzo, from the Natural Reserve of Vendicari and Calamosche beach overlooking the Ionian Sea and the beaches of Carratois, Pozzallo, Marina di Modica and Sampieri bordering the Mediterranean Sea. The whole area is characterized by the presence of livestock farms where you can taste the typical Sicilian dairy products: cacio horse cheese, provola cheese and fresh ricotta. The typical Sicilian dishes can be found in many farms and trattorias found in Noto, Rosolini, Modica and Ragusa. Festivals and events are organized both in summer and in winter, such as: the international border cinema festival in Marzamemi in the last week of July, the pachino tomato festival in August, the pozzallo fish festival in August , the festival of the arancino in August and the festival of the must in October at Rosolini. For wine lovers, a chance to visit the wine cellars where is produced the Moscato of known and Nero d'Avola.
