- Our studio and all its curated contents are a labor of love, so we kindly ask that you treat it all with care.
- SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine as well as immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
- Pets Are Not Allowed and any breaking rules will be fined $500 as well as immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
-PARTIES: The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all VRBO guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 as well as immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
-NON DECLARED GUESTS: All guests must be listed on the reservation and approved. Bringing in non declared guests will incur a per guest, per day, cost of $50 each (per day) -Check-in is from 3PM on check-in day. We appreciate knowing your estimated time of arrival so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
-Checkout is before 11AM on the checkout date, Any Hour of staying after the checkout time will with 50 $ fee for each hour of staying.
- No noise disturbance is allowed and please be respectful of quiet hours starting at 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and you will be asked to leave the premises.
- If we receive any lease violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. -If our housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $100 on top of any additional fees incurred by extra time for housekeeping, delays for the next guest, etc.
-In accordance with Egyptian regulations, photocopies of guest passports should be provided before or at check-in. Also per local laws, Egyptian couples must provide a valid marriage license upon check-in.
-For hygiene reasons, we ask you to remove your shoes inside the studio.
-We appreciate that you turn off air conditioners and lights whenever you leave the studio for an extended period of time.
-Stays booked through VRBO are strictly non-commercial, and any pictures or videos taken during your stay should not be used for commercial purposes without the host's written consent.
-Owners/hosts are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while on the premises or its facilities. -The owners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
-PACKAGES: We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
